Kanban Methodology
The Kanban methodology facilitates the implementation of the developed product within the time frame specified by the customer, while the workload is evenly distributed among all project participants.
Using Kanban ensures transparency of the workflow, since all incoming and completed tasks are clearly displayed on a special board - physical (sticky board) or virtual (Trello).
The Kanban methodology includes the following principles:
- The workflow is based on existing development methods that can be improved and modified to suit the tasks at hand.
- All important changes in the project occur according to a pre-planned agreement between the team members.
- All team members must respect the existing order, roles and responsibilities of each.
- Initiative of all team members should be encouraged.
