PRINCE2 Methodology
The PRINCE2 methodology (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) uses a cascade model to form stages of the project workflow. This methodology was developed by the UK government specifically for the implementation of large-scale projects in the IT sphere, which in turn are associated with traditional marketing projects. However, it is worth noting that the use of PRINCE2 in small teams and projects has significant drawbacks - work processes will be complicated and will take longer than necessary.
The workflow using the PRINCE2 methodology is based on the following stages:
- Start of the project.
- Project management.
- Initiation of the project.
- Project control.
- Product transfer management.
- Managing stage boundaries.
- Project closure.
