Width and height of the image in HTML

If you set both the width and height at the same time, the image can be distorted. For example, if you set the width to 100 pixels and the height to 70px, our smiley will be stretched in width:

The image will not necessarily be distorted, because we can simply set both the width and height to 100 pixels, in which case our image will become smaller than it was (and it was 130), but its proportions will not be distorted:
