Night shifts, real overtime, no ghost roster
Three-shift plant on the river. Overtime is written on the board before you take it — no surprise Saturday texts. The canteen is loud and the soup is decent. HR answers mail within two days. I have been on nights for a year and the rota held through two holiday weeks.
Safety brief is every Monday, not a poster. Ear protection is on a hook, not in a locked cabinet. I would still like a quieter break room.
